Wireless Infrastructure Group provides wireless operators with access to a growing portfolio of over 1,000 active sites across the UK, together with access to over 40,000 land-bank options. These sites offer a range of towers, pylons, urban rooftops and greenfield locations for wireless operators to locate their equipment.

Our active site portfolio is ready for immediate deployment, offering a favoured planning situation, fast cycle times and reduced capital expenditure. Our land-bank options include pre-negotiated terms and processes to fast track any enquiries.

Technology neutral
We are focussed on provision of site infrastructure and offer our sites to a range of cellular, PMR, broadband, broadcast and emergency service networks. Through further development of our network and harnessing our land bank we aim to play a leading role in the provision of sites to the wireless broadband sector.

Estate management and marketing
Our team provides a responsible, accountable and pro-active management of sites within our portfolio and on third party assets. The estate management team will secure the land, conduct all negotiations with third parties, facilitate the necessary approvals leading to the prompt completion of the documentation.

Our objective is to deliver the fastest cycle times in the industry from enquiry to network integration. We are growing our team and investing further in our ‘SiteLocator’ platform that allows potential customers to access our active sites and land bank.

Operator access to sites
We were one of the first in the industry to develop an integrated site access system. The ‘On-line Controlled Access Management System’ (OCAMS) was developed to service all of our sites and sites on third party land. This ensures an efficient and effective deployment of field and maintenance staff and communications between all parties.

Third party landlords
Wireless Infrastructure Group also offers services to land and property owners, assisting in the generation of income from telecoms installations. We have over 10 years experience of pro-actively generating revenue streams and are able to offer a full service package, including all estate management and marketing activities.
